Where No One Needs to be Alone!

The Singles Ministry of Shepherd of the Hills is a multi-faceted ministry. Jesus said that he came that we might have life and have it to the fullest extent possible. You are invited to participate in any of the Ministry Programs that our Singles Ministries offer. It is our prayer that you will find this a place to make friends and enjoy the life God has given to you.

Solo Connections-This committee plans day trips for the single people in our church. You might go to a concert, or view a play together. You might go on a mystery trip. This is your invitation to grab your hat and have some fun.

Single Shepherds-On the second Friday of each month at 7:00 PM members of this club meet for refreshments and an entertainment program. The cost to join the club is $6.00 per year.

Game Night-Tired of sitting at home in the evening? Do you like to play board games, cards, and have lots of laughs? Game night is a fun time to get together to do just that. Game night is the last Tuesday night of each month 7PM-9PM in the Fellowship Hall.

Lunch Bunch-What can be more fun than going out to eat and making friends? Every Sunday after the 10:45 AM worship service ends you are invited to meet with other single people and go to lunch together. We meet in the church lobby (narthex) and carpool to the restaurant of the day.

In addition to the above activities, impromptu outings are planned all of the time.

For details and current schedules of all the above activities contact the Shepherd of the Hills United Methodist Church office at 623-584-2280. Or better yet, visit us and pick up a copy of our church newsletter, "The Shepherds Voice," at our church office.
