STEPHEN MINISTRY
But I call to God, and the Lord saves me.  Psalm 55:16

Many of you may see Stephen Ministers as assistants with Holy Communion on First Sunday Services.  However, they are much, much more.  A Stephen Minister is a child of God who walks beside a hurting person, a caring Christian friend who really listens, and a lay person who has received 50 hours of training in how to provide distinctively Christian care.

You now have the opportunity to serve your church community as a Stephen Minister.  Our training of new Stephen Ministers will begin mid January, 2017.  If you want to learn more about becoming a Stephen Minister stop someone wearing our blue name badge.
